• I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break! Just three more weeks until Christmas break!
• Both folders went home today, 11/29. Please sign and return in the morning, 11/30. Some students did not return their folders from last week so they are bringing home stapled papers to be signed and put in their folders with last week's work .
• A note about items for a basket for the Holiday Market is in your child's folder today. The Holiday Market is on Friday from 11am - 5pm. Parents may come at any time and students may also shop. If your child has money to shop they may go in the afternoon.
• We are doing our novel studies for this 9 weeks. Mrs. Robison's class is doing CHARLOTTE'S WEB and Mrs. Barron's class is reading A BEAR CALLED PADDINGTON. Please see the reading schedule in the Homework Section.
• SGA is collecting pop tops for Children’s Hospital. Please take them to Mrs. Dillard's room.
• December 2 is the Honor Society’s last day to collect new and slightly used baseball hats for Veterans. This will be a great way for everyone to say thank you to our Veterans.

***Please join us for the Fourth Grade Thanksgiving Program Friday, November 19, 2010, at 10:30 am in the PLAS Cafetorium. Please return the Thanksgiving Lunch Order Form by this Tuesday(11/16). The Thanksgiving lunch plates are $5.00 per person and include: Turkey, Homemade Dressing, Green Beans, Sweet Potato Casserole, Roll, and 20 oz Tea or Lemonade . Students may check out after lunch.

Students need to dress nice for the program.

• SGA is selling cookie dough and would like for you to let your family know. It is great for the holidays coming up. Please support the SGA and buy cookie dough.
• Second Round of football play-offs is Friday. Please buy your tickets through the school office so Pike can get the profit from the sales. They will be on sale tomorrow.

• SGA will begin their cookie dough sales today, the order forms are in the communication folder.
• First Round of football play-offs is this Friday at Prattville Christian. GO PIKE!
• 3-weeks progress reports will go home next Monday.
• The Troy Universtiy Homecoming Parade will be November 13 and all Termite and Pee Wee football players and cheerleaders are invited to ride on Pike's float.
• The Forth grade Thanksgiving program will be November 19 at 10:30 and lunch will be at 11.
